In 1989, Caffe on the Green acquired the site situated on property that was once the home of film legend Rudolf Valentino. After two years of extensive renovations, using rare mahoganies, lavish marbles and lush Oriental carpeting, we introduced our intimate bar and lounge area to the public for small private parties, furnished it with Valentino memorabilia and aptly named it the “Valentino Room”.

In gardens overlooking the duck pond and hundred year old willows, a new patio was added, a cascading fountain was installed and the grounds were planted in a myriad of blazing color and textures to accommodate pre-banquet gatherings.   [Click to Continue]
